Refund Policy

At JK Evergreen Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Return Eligibility:

• All returns must be approved in advance.

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original packaging.

• Custom-made, personalized, or used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
