Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving payment. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; any extended processing times will be clearly noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping option at checkout. All packages include tracking, and tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight/size of your order. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during promotions.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in locating lost packages or resolving delivery issues.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue.

For lost shipments, please first check your tracking and contact the carrier. If unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate further.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup unless prearranged through a special event or open house at the farm.
